Do you work with a wedding planner? Invite the planner from your dashboard, or let the planner create the wedding.

One page that moves with the day.

Before the wedding it is the invitation. On the day itself the programme runs live on your guests' phones. Afterwards the same page becomes the place where all the photos and messages come together. You do not have to do anything for it: the page switches by itself on the wedding date. Getting married for a whole weekend? Then every day gets its own programme. How a wedding weekend works.

Less arranging, more wedding.

The guest side is the same work at every wedding. Invitesly takes it over from the Excel sheet, the chat group and the retyping; you, your planner and the master of ceremonies work in the same place.

  • RSVPs come in by themselves.

Per person, per part of the day or per day, with dietary needs. Every answer lands straight on your guest list.

  • No chasing anyone.

Anyone who has not responded automatically gets a reminder before the RSVP deadline.

  • Guests' questions in one place.

“Where can I park?” you answer once; after that it is on the invitation for everyone.

  • Private and without an account.

Every household gets its own link with the names already filled in. Nobody installs anything, not even grandma.

On the table in the same theme.

Menu card, place cards, programme booklet and QR table card come from the same data as the invitation. If the seating plan changes, the place cards change with it.

After the wedding the best part begins.

The same page becomes a lasting place of memories. Photographer, videographer and guests bring their images together there, for 24 months.

  • The photographer's photo gallery, through a link of its own for uploading
  • The aftermovie, in the same familiar place
  • Guest photos via the QR code on the table, without a login
  • A guest book with text or video, which everyone can read along

Everything above is included in the € 99. No separate package, no paying extra afterwards.

Are you a wedding planner? Invitesly does not replace you.

It replaces the Excel sheet, the WhatsApp group and the retyping. You create the wedding, your couple works along.

What couples ask us.

About the invitation, your guests and what happens after the wedding.

What is a digital wedding invitation?

A digital wedding invitation is a personal web page that brings the invitation, the RSVP and guest information together, instead of a paper card plus a separate RSVP form plus a photo link afterwards. With Invitesly the whole wedding lives on that one page: invitation, RSVP, day programme and, after the wedding, a memory page with photos and guest book for 24 months.

How much does a digital wedding invitation cost?

In the Netherlands usually € 49 to € 99 one-off; some providers charge per guest or by subscription. Invitesly costs € 99 one-off per wedding, with no guest limit and no subscription, with all modules, the memory page and 10 GB of storage included. A multi-day wedding costs € 149. You build for free and only pay when the page goes live.

How does RSVP work with a digital wedding invitation?

Every household gets its own link to the invitation. With Invitesly the names are already filled in; per person, guests say whether they join during the day (the ceremony and dinner) and in the evening (the party), with dietary needs and a field for anything else we should know. For a wedding weekend they answer per day. Every answer lands straight on your guest list, where you or your planner can also adjust it yourselves.

Can our wedding planner work on the digital wedding invitation?

Yes. With Invitesly your planner works in the same place, with the same rights as you: the same guest list, the same RSVPs, the same invitation. If you already work with a planner, let the planner create the wedding and invite you with a link. If you started yourselves, invite the planner from your dashboard. Invitesly does not replace your planner, it replaces the Excel sheet and the retyping.

Can a master of ceremonies work on a digital wedding invitation?

Yes. With Invitesly you invite the master of ceremonies with a link; logging in needs no password. They manage the speeches, the announcements and the questions from guests, and can keep items hidden from you so a surprise stays a surprise. If your planner is also the master of ceremonies, the planner takes that role.

Do guests have to create an account for a digital wedding invitation?

Not with Invitesly. Guests open their household's link in the browser, see their names already filled in and respond straight away. There is no login, no password and no app. The invitation is a web page that adapts to phone, tablet and computer, so even grandma can respond.

Is a digital wedding invitation private?

That depends on the provider. With Invitesly the page can only be reached through the personal link per household and is not offered to Google. Guests only see their own response, never the guest list or anyone else's answers. Invitesly does not sell guest data, shows no ads and places no third-party tracking pixels.

How do you remind guests who do not respond to the wedding invitation?

Preferably automatically, so you never have to phone anyone. With Invitesly, anyone who has not responded gets a reminder before the RSVP deadline, for example two weeks and three days before. In the guest list you can see who opened the invitation but has not responded yet.

Does a digital wedding invitation have a guest limit?

With some providers it does: they charge per number of guests or in tiers. Invitesly has no guest limit: whether you invite 40 or 150 guests, the price of € 99 and the modules are the same. Day and evening guests with their own programme are included as standard.

Does a digital wedding invitation also work for a wedding weekend?

With Invitesly it does. You choose several days in a calendar when you create the wedding, two to seven. Guests get one link for the whole weekend, with a welcome message, programme and transport of its own per day, an RSVP per day, plus the hotel and activities nearby. The programme of a day is ready the evening before. A multi-day wedding costs € 149, one-off.

How do you make a digital wedding invitation?

Pick a theme, fill in the parts (date, location, programme, dress code, RSVP questions) and send each household its own link. With Invitesly you see the invitation move along in the live preview; no technical knowledge is needed. If you work with a wedding planner, the planner can do this too; you see the same thing.

What happens to a wedding website after the wedding?

That differs per provider: some take the page offline after two months. With Invitesly the page turns into a place of memories: photos, videos, the aftermovie and guests' messages stay together there, for 24 months counted from the wedding day. If the wedding moves, that end date moves with it automatically.

How do you keep wedding photos and guests' messages after the wedding?

In one place that does not disappear, and by downloading them yourselves. With Invitesly the photographer and videographer upload their work to the memory page through their own link, next to the guests' photos and the guest book. As long as the page is online, 24 months after the wedding day, you download everything yourselves from the page.
