Wedding websites in the Netherlands compared
A wedding website in the Netherlands costs between € 39 and € 169 one-off, with custom options up to € 399. The biggest differences are not in that price, but in how long your page stays online, whether you have to pay extra every year, and whether RSVP, the guest book and your guests' photos are in the price or have to be bought separately.
Last checked on 30 July 2026We put eleven other Dutch and Belgian providers and five international platforms next to Invitesly. All amounts come from the provider's own pricing page, not from comparison sites, old blog articles or search result summaries. Providers whose own site we could not verify are not included.

What to look out for
How long does your page stay online?
This is the point most comparisons skip and it is exactly where your photos, guest book and guests' messages are. The differences are big: bruiloft-website.com takes your page offline two months after the wedding, Weddamo keeps it up for a year, and Forever and Ever and Invitesly hold to 24 months. Two providers state it nowhere, and that is information in itself: ask before you buy.
Also watch where the counting starts. Forever and Ever counts from your purchase. If you buy eighteen months before your wedding, you have half a year left afterwards. Invitesly counts from the wedding day itself.
Do you keep paying every year?
Weddamo asks € 39 per year to keep your page. Flinnley and TrouwBuddy work with a subscription; at Flinnley your event is deleted thirty days after cancelling, at TrouwBuddy you only pay after a free trial period of 45 days. All other providers ask for money once, or nothing.
Is everything in the price?
This is the most important question and the answer often surprises. At bruiloft-website.com RSVP is a separate purchase: free up to ten responses, then € 19 to € 59 depending on your number of guests. A wedding of seventy-five guests there therefore costs € 79 plus € 29, not € 79. At Weddamo you only get a guest book and guest photo uploads in the Pro package of € 139, so the entry rate of € 69 is not your real price.
Is there a guest limit?
With most providers not, but bruiloft-website.com charges per tier: € 59 up to twenty-five guests, € 79 up to seventy-five, € 99 unlimited. One guest counts there as one invitation, so a family of four counts as one.
Can you download everything?
Ask this explicitly. If your page expires or you stop paying, you want to be able to keep your photos and your guests' messages. Invitesly keeps your page online anyway for 24 months after the wedding day, plenty of time to download everything yourself. For the other providers we found no information on this.
The providers
bruiloft.site
The cheapest option and the best known. bruiloft.site belongs to ThePerfectWedding.nl, the largest wedding platform in the Netherlands, and advertises with more than five hundred couples. For € 49 one-off, or € 39 with the discount code ThePerfectWedding hands out, you get RSVP, a photo gallery, a guest book, day planning and a countdown.
Strong point: the guest list. You can give day guests, evening guests and multi-day guests each their own programme and their own access, and guests can pass on dietary needs and even requested songs for the DJ.
Choose this if your budget is tight and you want a solid, complete wedding website without much choice in design.
WijTrouwen
Dutch and Belgian platform with two flavours: € 49 if you do it yourself, or € 149 where they set up the site for you and tailor the design. Includes RSVP with dietary needs, multiple locations, a shared playlist and access for your suppliers.
Choose this if you do not feel like figuring it out yourself and want to pay to hand it over.
Weddamo
Three packages from € 69 to € 139. The entry rate is attractive, but watch two things: the guest book and guest photo uploads are only in the Pro package of € 139, and you pay € 39 per year to keep your page after the first year.
Strong point: you can shield parts of your site with passwords per group of guests, and there is a gift list on which guests can reserve what they give.
Choose this if you want to work with passwords and the ongoing costs are no objection.
Forever and Ever
One price of € 99, one-off, with no guest limit. Your site stays online for at least 24 months and is extended at no cost if your wedding moves. Besides the usual functions you get a seating plan, a planning checklist, multilingualism and the option to link a domain name of your own for a small extra charge.
Choose this if you want planning tools besides your invitation, such as a seating plan and a checklist.
Invitesly
Full disclosure: Invitesly is the provider of this website. We tried to write this comparison the way we would want to read it ourselves, including the points on which others are better.
Invitesly costs € 99 one-off, with no guest limit. That is more than double bruiloft.site. For that you get a page that fits your own style, a memory page that keeps growing after the wedding with photos, videos and guests' messages, and 24 months of retention counted from your wedding day. Getting married a whole weekend? Then it costs € 149 and every day gets a programme and RSVP of its own.
Two things we have and almost no other provider in this overview: your photographer and videographer get an upload link of their own without having to create an account (WijTrouwen offers general supplier access, but no comparable direct upload link for official media), and you can download everything on the page as long as it is online.
What we do not have and Forever and Ever does: a planning checklist.
Choose this if design matters to you and you also want to be able to look back on the day afterwards.
Flinnley
The only provider with a subscription: € 19.99 per month, or € 179.99 per year. With a short engagement that can work out cheaper than a one-off amount. Do keep in mind that your event is permanently deleted thirty days after cancelling, so as a place to keep your wedding photos this is not the right choice.
Choose this if you only need the site for a few months and do not want to keep it afterwards.
bruiloft-website.com
The provider that goes furthest in customisation. Besides three ready-made packages of € 59, € 79 and € 99 you can get a half custom-made design with your own colours and fonts for € 169, or for € 399 a fully custom-made site with your own logo, music and a separate page for the master of ceremonies.
Two things to watch carefully. RSVP is a separate purchase: free up to ten responses, then € 19 to € 59. And the retention is the shortest of all providers examined: your page stays online until two months after the wedding, with a maximum of twelve months in total. With the VIP package that is eighteen months. If you want to keep the page as a memory, this is not the right choice.
Choose this if you want a unique design that goes beyond a template and you are willing to pay for it.
Zeiden Ja
One all-in package of € 49.95 with a wedding website, online RSVP, a photo album with QR code, digital save the dates and an online run sheet. You get an address of your own on zeidenja.nl and can try for seven days for free. Your site stays valid for twelve months, or eighteen months with their pro and custom packages.
Choose this if you want everything together for under fifty euros and the run sheet is a plus.
TrouwBuddy
Not a wedding website builder but a planning app with a wedding website in it. You also manage your guest list, budget, suppliers, task list and day planning there. The marketing page presents it as "completely free", but their own frequently asked questions are more specific about it: you can try for 45 days for free, after that you pay from € 6.67 per month. For wedding suppliers a profile seems to stay free.
As with iMarry, the website here is a part of a broader planning product, not the main product. We found no information about a guest limit or about how long your data remains available after the wedding.
Choose this if you want an extensive planning app and a monthly amount after the trial period is no objection.
Lovitations
The most expensive Dutch product in this list: from € 85 for a wedding website alone to € 382.50 for the most extensive package including fifty printed cards. They offer personalised guest links with the name of every guest, separate views for day and evening guests, AI text assistance when writing your invitation and an "envelope design studio" of their own. From the Premium package onwards extensive RSVP questions (dietary needs, menu choice, hotel stay), a guest book and a gift list are added.
Your site stays online for a year, or a year and a half with Premium and higher. We found no function that keeps growing after the wedding with guest photos or an aftermovie.
Choose this if your budget is generous and you value an elaborate, personal invitation itself most.
iMarry
A planning app for iPhone and Android in the same category as TrouwBuddy, but with an important difference: iMarry's own site mentions no trial period or follow-up price, and states without reservation "All basic functions such as the guest list, checklist and budget planner are available free of charge." Besides a wedding website with day programme, RSVP and photos you get a budget planner, checklist, digital save the dates and a supplier overview with a messaging function.
As with TrouwBuddy, the website here is a part of a broader planning product, not the main product. We found no information about a guest limit or about how long your data remains available after the wedding, nor about possible paid upgrades that are not on the site now but may appear later.
Choose this if you would rather use one free app for your whole wedding planning than a separate wedding website.
trouw-website.nl
Small, personally run provider with three templates (Lauren, Emma, Sophie) that all cost € 129, and a custom option on request. Included: a built-in RSVP function with which guests can also pass on dietary needs and plus-ones, a day programme and location information. Your site is online within 48 hours on a free subdomain (yournames.trouw-website.nl); a domain name of your own costs € 7 extra.
Your site stays valid for twelve months and can be extended after that. We found no mention of a guest limit.
Choose this if you prefer a small, personal provider over a larger platform and one fixed price of € 129 suits you.
No longer active
trouwwebsite.nl no longer makes wedding websites itself. Its site says it refers visitors to gaantrouwen.nl, that is Weddamo.
The international platforms
Zola, Joy and The Knot offer a complete wedding website for free, including unlimited guests and RSVP. At most you pay there for a domain name of your own, about $ 18 to $ 20 per year.
That seems unbeatable and on price it is. They make their money in another way: with commission on the gift list where your guests order, and with ads from wedding suppliers. In the Netherlands couples usually ask for money in an envelope instead of for a gift list at a shop, so that source of income largely falls away here. That is the reason every Dutch provider does ask money for the product itself.
For a Dutch wedding these platforms also run into practical limits: they are English-language, the gift lists are linked to American shops, and they do not know the distinction between day guests and evening guests that is so ordinary in the Netherlands.
Two other international names come by sometimes. Greenvelope and Paperless Post sell digital invitations per guest: at Greenvelope you pay $ 99 for a hundred guests, at Paperless Post about $ 57. Those are nice products, but they are digital cards and not wedding websites. You do not get a day programme, guest list or memory page with them.
How we made this comparison
All amounts come from the provider's own pricing page, retrieved on 30 July 2026. Where a provider does not publish something, it says "not stated" instead of an estimate. We have no paid placements, no affiliate links and no partnership agreements with the parties named.
This page is checked every quarter. Prices and conditions change, so look at the date at the top and, in case of doubt, check the provider's own site.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best wedding website in the Netherlands?
That depends on what you find important. Tight budget: bruiloft.site (€ 49). Planning help included: Forever and Ever (€ 99, with checklist) or iMarry (free planning app). One page for the whole wedding that stays as a memory for 24 months after the wedding day, with wedding planner and master of ceremonies in it: Invitesly (€ 99). With every provider watch for guest limit, duration and hidden costs.
What does a wedding website cost on average in the Netherlands?
Between € 39 and € 169 one-off, with custom options up to € 399. Most providers are between € 49 and € 99. Flinnley and TrouwBuddy work with a subscription, from € 19.99 and (after a free trial period of 45 days) € 6.67 per month respectively. iMarry mentions no costs for the basic functions on its own site.
Which wedding website stays online the longest?
Forever and Ever and Invitesly both keep 24 months. Forever and Ever counts from your purchase and extends at no cost if the wedding moves; Invitesly counts from your wedding day. Weddamo keeps your site online for one year and then asks € 39 per year. bruiloft-website.com is the shortest at two months after the wedding.
Are there wedding websites without a guest limit?
Yes, most of them. Only bruiloft-website.com works with tiers: € 59 up to twenty-five guests, € 79 up to seventy-five and € 99 for unlimited. There one invitation counts as one guest, regardless of whether it is a person, a couple or a family.
Can you make a wedding website for free?
With almost all Dutch providers you build for free and only pay at publication. iMarry offers a fully free wedding website as part of a broader planning app. Internationally Zola, Joy and The Knot are free too, but those are English-language and make their money from commission on the gift list.
What happens to my wedding website after the wedding?
That differs per provider and is far from always stated. Ask two things beforehand: how long the page stays online, and whether you can download everything if you stop. With Invitesly the page becomes a memory page with photos and guest book after the wedding, which stays online for 24 months after the wedding day.
Do I have to pay yearly for a wedding website?
With most providers not. Weddamo asks € 39 per year after the first year, and Flinnley and TrouwBuddy work entirely with a subscription (with TrouwBuddy after a free trial period of 45 days). The rest, Invitesly included, ask for money once, or nothing.
