Friday drinks, Saturday the wedding day, Sunday lunch. You choose the days in a calendar, and every day gets a welcome message, programme and transport of its own. Guests keep one link, and always see what is right for them at that moment.

What guests see when

Before the wedding
The invitation for the whole weekend: your text, the locations guests may already see, the RSVP per day, the dress code, the hotel, what there is to do nearby and how everyone gets there.
The day before
The page already moves on to the first day. Guests see the evening before what time it starts and where, without you having to send anything.
Every day
At the top the welcome message of that day. Beneath it the programme running live, the locations of that day and the transport of that day. Guests share their photos and write in the guest book.
After the wedding
For two years, the memory of the whole weekend: the photographer's photos, the aftermovie, guests' photos and the guest book.

Separate per day, yet filled in once

The welcome message, the programme and the transport you fill in per day, because those differ. The rest you fill in once: the messages to guests, the frequently asked questions, the practical matters, the hotel and the activities nearby. Per day you switch on what belongs on the page.

  • Locations per day. Fill in the locations once and choose per location on which days it applies, and whether guests already see it before the wedding. On the invitation they are called Location 1, Location 2, with a map and route.
  • An RSVP per day. Guests say per person per day whether they are coming. You see it straight away in the guest list.
  • A programme per day. With the location at each item. It is ready the evening before and runs live on the day itself.
  • Where to stay and activities. The hotel you arranged, with address, and up to five tips for in between: a walk, a terrace, renting bikes.
  • Transport per day. Per day how everyone gets from hotel to party and back, with a photo if you add one.

With a wedding planner

A wedding weekend is a lot of arranging, and there is often a wedding planner involved. The planner creates the wedding and works along in the same place. From the day schedule of each day Invitesly makes the run sheet by itself, with the travel time between the locations, the photo groups and the contacts; the planner downloads it as a whole or per day. Invitesly does not replace the planner; it replaces the Excel sheet and the retyping. How it works for planners.

What it costs

A multi-day wedding costs € 149, one-off, from two to seven days; for a wedding of one day that is € 99. For wedding planners the same amount applies. You build the invitation for free and only pay when it is sent; after payment it is fixed that it is a wedding weekend. Everything about the price.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make a digital invitation for a multi-day wedding?

Yes. With Invitesly you choose when you create the wedding between one day or several days, and click the days in a calendar. There can be two to seven, and they do not have to be consecutive. Guests get one link for the whole weekend.

Can guests say per day whether they are coming?

Yes. The RSVP asks per person per day whether someone is there, with dietary needs and remarks. Per guest you also choose which days they are invited to; whoever only comes for Saturday only sees Saturday.

When do guests see the programme of a day?

From the day before. Friday's programme is ready on Thursday, so nobody has to search on the day itself for what time drinks start. On the day itself the programme runs live.

What does a digital invitation for a wedding weekend cost?

€ 149, one-off, for two to seven days; a wedding of one day costs € 99. That includes all modules, 10 GB of storage for photos, videos and messages and the memory page. You build for free and only pay when the invitation is sent.

Can we put the hotel and activities nearby on the invitation?

Yes. Under Where to stay you choose a suggestion via Booking.com, or you add the hotel you arranged yourselves, with address and optionally a photo. Under Activities nearby you add up to five tips with a map and route, for the hours between the programme.

Does this also work if our wedding planner organises the weekend?

Yes. Your planner creates the wedding and works along in the same place. She makes the day schedule per day, and the run sheet fills itself from it, with the travel time between the locations. She downloads it as a whole or for one day, for the suppliers of that day.
