Invitesly does not replace you. It replaces the Excel sheet, the WhatsApp group and the retyping.
One place for the guest side of every wedding: invitation, guest list, RSVP, dietary needs, tables, run sheet and printed items, all in the theme of the invitation. Your couple works along, with exactly the division of roles you choose.
Last checked on 1 October 2026What it saves you per wedding
At every wedding the guest side is the same work: build the list, invite, chase RSVPs, collect dietary needs, make tables, a run sheet for every supplier. It is the most repetitive part of your job, and right now it is spread across Excel, Word and WhatsApp. This is what Invitesly takes over:
- The guest list comes from Excel. Import first name, last name, email, household, part of the day, side and relationship, or download the template and fill it in; nobody has to retype 120 guests.
- RSVPs come in by themselves. Per person, per part of the day (day and evening), with dietary needs for the day guests. Everything lands straight on the guest list, and what you know yourself you fill in by hand.
- No chasing anyone. Anyone who has not responded automatically gets a reminder before the RSVP deadline.
- Guests' questions go to an inbox, not to your phone. "Where can I park?" you answer once and add to the frequently asked questions on the invitation with one click.
- Printed items in the theme of the invitation. Menu card, place cards, programme booklet and QR table card come from the same design as the card and from the same data: the place cards from the seating plan, the booklet from the day schedule. See the printed items.
- A run sheet that makes itself. From the day schedule, with at each item the location and the travel time to the next, the photo groups and your contacts. Download it as a whole, only for the day suppliers or only for the evening suppliers; internal notes never go with it.
- Seating plan and dietary needs for the caterer. Add tables, add whole households or single guests, with side and relationship visible, in the order you want; downloadable as a list.
- Photo groups. "Family of the bride", "university friends": they appear in the run sheet automatically, so you and the master of ceremonies know exactly who needs to come together on the day.
- Also for a wedding weekend. Choose the days in a calendar; every day gets a programme, welcome message and transport of its own, and the RSVP goes per day. How a multi-day wedding works.
How working with the couple works
You create the wedding and send the couple an invitation link. They log in without a password and see everything you see: the same guest list, the same RSVPs, the same invitation. Couple and planner have the same rights; who does what, you agree together. Invitesly does not impose a division of roles.
Prefer to do everything yourself? That is possible. A wedding can exist and be sent entirely without a couple account. You can still invite them at any time, even after sending.
Did the couple already start themselves? Then they invite you with a link. You log in with your planner account, or create one, and the wedding appears in your dashboard among your other weddings, with your own branding. The wedding belongs to the couple and they pay for it; you pay nothing for that wedding.
The master of ceremonies has a place of their own. Every wedding has one master of ceremonies role: a friend or relative of the couple, or yourself. Whoever has that role manages the speeches, the announcements and the guests' questions. Everything the couple may not see, you tick as "not for the couple": the surprise act is in the run sheet, but not in their version.
Guests notice nothing of the technology. Every household gets one link. The names are already filled in; grandma does not need to create anything.
You stay visible
Invitesly does not write you out. Your logo and name are in the footer of every email to guests and on the invitation page. If you are also the master of ceremonies, your photo and name appear on every invitation in a block of their own, with the button "Ask a question". That is 80 to 150 guests per wedding who see who arranged this so well.
Emails to guests come in the name of the couple ("Jan & Marieke via Invitesly"), with your branding beneath. Guests know the couple; this is how they get to know you.
What we deliberately do not build
No budget tool, no invoices, no contracts, no task lists for the weeks before, no team chat. You already have something for that which works, and 30 planners plan in 30 ways. Invitesly does the guest side, which is the same at every wedding, and leaves the rest to you.
The page belongs to the couple
A wedding you create with Invitesly stays online for 24 months after the wedding day, including the memory page with photos, aftermovie and guest book. Even if you stop using Invitesly yourself. The page is tied to the wedding date, not to your account. Your couples are never stuck with your business choices.
What it costs
€ 99 per wedding, no subscription. A multi-day wedding costs € 149. The same amount as a couple who comes themselves; the invoice is in your company name. It comes with a dashboard with all your weddings together and your own logo and name on every invitation and in every email to guests. Every wedding has 10 GB of storage for photos and videos; expanding is possible per wedding for € 15 per 10 GB, and you and the couple both get an email when the storage is nearly full.
Your account is free and you build every wedding for free: create, fill in and see everything in the live preview. You pay per wedding, only at the moment something goes out: sending the invitation, inviting the couple or the master of ceremonies, or downloading a PDF or export, such as the printed items or the run sheet. Until then the wedding stays inside your dashboard.
Wedding planner? Also € 99 per wedding. Build for free, pay only when you send. Start right away.
Create your planner account for free and set up your first wedding. You upload your logo right away.

Frequently asked questions
Does a tool for digital wedding invitations make the wedding planner redundant?
No. A good tool replaces the Excel sheet, the WhatsApp group and the retyping: the guest side that is the same at every wedding. With Invitesly you stay the planner, you decide the division of roles with the couple and your own logo and name are on every invitation and in every email to guests. Budget, invoices and task lists we deliberately leave to you.
Which tool do wedding planners use for guest list, RSVP and invitations?
Usually a combination of Excel, a separate RSVP form and WhatsApp, rebuilt for every wedding. Invitesly brings that guest side into one place: import the guest list from Excel, a digital invitation in a theme, RSVP per person and per part of the day, automatic reminders, a seating plan, a run sheet for day and evening suppliers and printed items in the same theme. With your own logo and name on every invitation and in every email to guests.
Does the couple have to create an account if the wedding planner makes the invitation?
Not with Invitesly. You create the wedding and send an invitation link; the couple logs in through a link by email, without a password, and sees everything you see. Prefer to do everything yourself? Then the couple does not have to log in at all: a wedding can exist and be sent without a couple account.
Can you offer digital wedding invitations with your own branding as a wedding planner?
Yes. With Invitesly your logo and name are in the footer of every email to guests and on the invitation page. If you are also the master of ceremonies, your photo and name appear in a block of their own on every invitation, with the button "Ask a question". Emails are sent in the name of the couple, with your branding beneath.
Can a couple who already started themselves invite me as their wedding planner?
Yes. With Invitesly the couple invites you with a link from their dashboard. You log in with your planner account or create one, and the wedding then appears in your dashboard among your other weddings, with your own branding. The wedding belongs to the couple and they pay for it; you pay nothing for that wedding.
Can the wedding planner also be the master of ceremonies?
Yes, that happens often. With Invitesly you choose when you create a wedding: invite someone, "I'll do it myself", or decide later. If you have the role, speech sign-ups and guests' questions come in with you and you manage what the couple may not see, such as the surprise act in the run sheet.
How do you keep a surprise hidden from the couple as a wedding planner?
By arranging the guest side out of their sight. With Invitesly you tick everything the couple may not see as "not for the couple": an announcement, a run sheet line, the master of ceremonies letter. They do not see that, not even when they log in. They do see that the module exists and who manages it, so they do not think something is broken.
Does the couple's wedding page remain if the wedding planner stops using the tool?
With Invitesly it does. All weddings you created stay online for 24 months after their wedding day, including the memory page with photos, aftermovie and guest book. The page is tied to the wedding date, not to your account. Your couples are never stuck with your business choices.
What does a digital wedding invitation cost for a wedding planner?
With Invitesly € 99 per wedding (€ 149 for a multi-day wedding), no subscription: the same amount as a couple who comes themselves, with dashboard and your own branding. The invoice is in your company name, so you can include it in your quote. Your account is free and you build every wedding for free. You pay per wedding, only when something goes out: sending the invitation, inviting someone or downloading a PDF or export. Every wedding includes 10 GB of storage.
